I Believe training and qualifications are so important today as standards are constantly changing in all aspects of anyone's chosen industry.

I completed a 4 year apprenticeship to obtain my Motor Trade Certificate in Dublin which was my stepping-stone in gaining a recognised Australian Tradesman's Certificate. I recently completed a Certificate of Proficiency in Automotive Sales (Cert III) which was recommended by the Australian government.

Regular courses should be standard practice in the motor vehicle industry, which especially in the area of selling to females. This is where I can assist as so many salespeople are just trained or told to speak to the "husband or male" in the decision making area.
